Our payment options
We offer payment by PayPal, credit card and bank transfer.
PayPal and credit card payments are convenient for you as a customer.
Nevertheless, our preference is bank transfer. Why ?
Bank transfer incurs the lowest costs and you get the best price.
What many do not know: Paypal charges us 3% within Europe and 6% outside Europe. If there is also a currency conversion because the customer pays in USD and not in euros, a further 3% is added for converting the USD received into euros. For an invoice amount of 2,000 euros, that's 180 euros for a single transaction. Do you really want to pay more than that?
We give you the choice: if you pay by bank transfer, it's a little more complicated, but you can save money. The corresponding discount will be displayed before you pay if you have chosen bank transfer.
Within the SEPA area, bank transfers are free of charge and can be made easily with a QR code and in real time.
For payments outside Europe, we have now set up WISE accounts for many currencies: USD, CAD, JPY, SGD, AUD. You can pay directly to an account in Europe, USA, Canada, Singapore or Australia.
Bank transfer
We are happy if you trust us and pay in advance by bank transfer, because then we can save the high fees for PayPal. After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and an email with the invoice. In this email you will find our bank details and further information about the bank transfer. Please do not forget to include the invoice number in the "reason for payment" field. When we have received your payment, you will receive a payment confirmation by email. We will ship your order as soon as it is ready for shipment.
PayPal
With PayPal you can pay easily, quickly and securely. If you choose this payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal after your order. You can log in there with your corresponding access data or open a new PayPal account. After we have received your payment, we will immediately take care of your delivery. In case of a return of your order we will credit the corresponding amount to your PayPal account. You still have questions about PayPal or want to open an account? Then you can here inform.
Credit card
Payment by credit card is also possible without a PayPal account. PayPal handles the credit card payment for us. So if you want to pay with credit card, select PayPal as payment method. Then you will be redirected to PayPal after your order. There you can choose to pay by credit card without having to open a PayPal account. In case of a return of your order, we will credit the corresponding amount to your credit card via PayPal.
JobRad (only for Germany and Austria)
With JobRad you can lease your Kwiggle through your employer or as a self-employed person. Please check in advance with your employer if they already offer bike leasing through JobRad and open an account in the JobRad portal. Configure your Kwiggle in our online store, select "JobRad" as payment method and complete the order. We will then send the order to JobRad. As soon as we get the confirmation from JobRad, we can ship the Kwiggle to you. If you have ordered accessories that are not leasable, we will send you a separate order and invoice for these accessories and ship them together with the Kwiggle.
BIKELEASING (only for Germany)
With BIKELEASING you can lease your Kwiggle through your employer. Please check with your employer in advance if they already offer bike leasing through BIKELEASING and open an account in the bike leasing portal. Configure your Kwiggle in our online store, select "BIKELEASING" as payment method and complete the order. BIKELEASING requires the order of a bike lock. Please take care of it. We will send the order to BIKELEASING. As soon as we receive the confirmation from BIKELEASING, we can hand over the Kwiggle. If you have ordered accessories that are not leasable, we will send you a separate order and invoice for these accessories and then send them together with the Kwiggle.
