The Kwiggle will be delivered directly to your home in a handy and very sturdy shipping box,
ready to ride with the saddle height already adjusted.
Unpack your Kwiggle and you can start riding right away.
You have a total of 30 days to test drive it and enjoy the beautiful weather at your leisure.
If you decide you don't want to keep the Kwiggle, simply pack it back into the box,
stick the return label provided on it, and take the box to a parcel shop within 30 days.
Once the Kwiggle has been returned to us, you will receive your money back.

Riding a Kwiggle is easy.
Because everyone can choose how they want to ride. And here's how it works:
We adjust the saddle to your saddle height and you can then determine
the riding position you want by adjusting a single screw:
Step 1: ride like on a normal bike
To begin with, we adjust the saddle so that riding a Kwiggle feels like riding a normal bike. You sit on the saddle with both feet in contact with the ground, the handlebars are low and you lean forward slightly to ride. Just like normal cycling, but with a little swing of the hips.
Option 2: Ride in an upright position, like walking
Once you have felt how it feels to ride with the slightly swinging saddle, you can adjust the saddle step by step to the upright riding position turning a single screw. This will move the saddle a little further up and forward at the same time. In the fully upright riding position, you pedal more from top to bottom as if you were walking.
Anyone can ride Kwiggle straight away, and it feels completely normal in the initial low sitting position. Riding in the low seat position for the first time is good preparation for the upright position.
On the first few kilometers, the upright position can still feel a little unfamiliar and requires a certain amount of time to get used to before you can enjoy the upright “Kwigglen” completely carefree. Experience shows: on average about one day.
Upright kwiggling offers two unique advantages:
1. the comfortable upright riding position and
2. the energy-saving riding position directly above the bottom bracket.
To be able to test this extensively, you need some time. A short test drive is usually not enough. For logistical reasons, test drives are only possible at our Hanover location or in Berlin or The Hague.
That's why we have a simple solution:
We offer you a convenient 30-day right of return . So you can test ride your Kwiggle intensively and at your leisure at home and decide flexibly whether you want to keep it.
Any return shipment is then very simple: you put the Kwiggle back in the shipping box and off you go to the post office. You can also get a return label from us (mandatory for all customers outside the EU). We will of course refund the purchase price as soon as the Kwiggle arrives back at our premises.
Incidentally, our statistics show that around 95% of those who give the Kwiggle some time keep it. Our customers are delighted with the riding experience. Many use the Kwiggle not only for commuting or for the last mile, but increasingly also as sports equipment, for long bicycle tours or take it with them when traveling.
